Stoni Alexander writes sexy romantic suspense and contemporary romance about tortured alpha males and independent, strong-willed females. Her passion is creating love stories where the hero and heroine help each other through a crisis so that, in the end, they're equal partners in more ways than love alone. The heat level is high, the romance is forever, and the suspense keeps readers guessing until the very end.
Her writing career began with a column chronicling motherhood, published for eight years in one of the Chicago Tribune's family of newspapers. She loved her column. Their son…not so much. Maybe, one day, she'll compile all the columns into a book and really embarrass him!
In a previous life, Stoni appeared in numerous television, film and stage productions before transitioning to a successful business career. Having spent her childhood moving around the country, Stoni appreciates her deep-seated roots in the DC metro area. She’s married to the love of her life, is an über-proud mom of a naval officer, and dreams of the day when her muse will inspire her at will.
Johnny Alexander never set out to be Stoni's developmental editor, but when he generously offered to review her first manuscript, she accepted. Never did they imagine it would be the start of another exciting business adventure. Though Johnny is liberal with his red pen, Stoni appreciates his attention to detail. His business acumen and love of technology make him the perfect partner for self-publishing.
Prior to joining Stoni's team, Johnny ran a consulting firm focused on federal travel management. Like Stoni, he did a stint as an actor in the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area, which is how they met! Whenever weather permits, Johnny can be found on the golf course.
