Whoa. I went into this book flying blind -- I had never heard of this author or the Touch series. As soon as I finished reading the Acknowledgements and the About the Author section (something I admittedly always skip), I rushed to purchase the first 5 books in the Touch series. This book was awesome. It consisted of two shells of a hero and heroine that found their missing pieces in each other. Not once while I was reading did I feel that the story was being rushed...This book has action, sex, an alpha hero that isn't always brooding or afraid to communicate his feelings, believable dialogue from a toddler that didn't consist of cringey baby talk, and a HEA that both Providence and Dakota deserved. ~ S Mosley, Amazon reviewer

What an incredible read this was! I was captivated from page 1 and could not put this book down...If you love action, adventure, suspense, passion, twists, and mystery, then you will love this story. Dakota Luck is another HIT!!!! Perfection and I could not read it fast enough. There is a lot of suspense so it will keep you on your toes!! The heat factor was smoking up my e-reader! I...absolutely loved it! It's well-written and filled with constant action and twists that will have you on the edge of your seat. And just enough heartbreak to make you really empathize with these characters and really hope they get their happily ever after. And I have to say that I really loved that Providence wasn't the way most women are in these kinds of stories. She is smart, fierce, extremely capable and was equally the heroine in this story. This book about Dakota and Providence was a real page-turner. The characters were well written. Providence was a smart, sassy and sexy woman. Dakota was a strong, quick and gorgeous guy. Between the two, their connection was explosive and panty dropping. I really enjoyed how when they argued it turned into hot, passionate sex...The twists about who the killer(s) were was spectacular especially the final twist close to the end. I was excited to get a new book from Stoni!...This was one of those books that I lost sleep over because I simply couldn't stop...I LOVED the chemistry between Providence and Dakota...I liked the way this story progressed and I thought I knew some of what was happening, but let me tell you, I didn't know everything and found myself shocked. Didn't see that coming! If you like a good romance with some nefarious actions happening around the characters and a book that grabs you and doesn't let you go, then be sure not to let this one pass you by! ~ Abby, Books According to Abby
